We want you to be happy with IGOverlay. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription only.
2. Monthly subscriptions
After the initial 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
3. Yearly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions canceled after the 14-day window may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months, at our discretion. Contact us to request one.
4. How to request a refund
Email naman@nmnvisuals.com from the address associated with your account, including your account email and reason for the request. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of clear abuse of the Service or violation of our Terms of Service.
