These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IGOverlay ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using IGOverlay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
You may not use the Service to display unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform from which comments are captured.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable platform policies.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by IGOverlay and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create or capture.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGOverlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
